What we offer talent

  • There’s a wealth of industry knowledge available for both aspiring and established talent. We have organized this information by topic in our digital course library. Our collection spans a variety of subjects, and we frequently add new courses. Explore our digital course library and begin your learning journey today.

  • Katie and Sara have developed a series of live Zoom workshops that extend over several weeks. The format is designed to provide participants with valuable information, assign homework to implement what they've learned, and facilitate group reviews of that homework. This approach not only exposes talent to a diverse range of abilities but also encourages them to adopt a client-focused perspective instead of viewing things through their own limited and often critical lens. Mastering these skills can be challenging and requires time for growth and development. Our workshops equip talent with the necessary tools to practice both inside and outside the classroom.

  • As a member, you will encounter challenges such as “The Digital Challenge” and the “Self Tape Challenge.” These assignments are designed to test your skill level in crucial areas that often influence your chances of being signed by an agency or booked by a client. By participating in these challenges, you will enhance your focus and commitment, helping you stay on track and make steady progress week after week.

  • Twice a month, you’ll have the opportunity to join a Q&A call with the founders, Katie and Sara. During these sessions, they will review your materials from group challenges, provide valuable feedback for enhancement, and address any questions you may have! Access to industry professionals at this level is uncommon, and the insights you gain will be invaluable.

  • At Model Hack, we offer an abundance of tools and resources tailored for the modeling industry, while also emphasizing personal growth and the power of a positive mindset. To empower our members, we’ve created a book club that focuses on celebrating their achievements and successes, both in their careers and daily lives, within a supportive and uplifting online community of women.
