Dreams Coming True
When we began working with Rashell, our initial video call left us pleasantly surprised by her stunning appearance, especially after reviewing the portfolio she had at the time. This experience is typical for us and indicated that Rashell was “green” which means she wasn’t yet comfortable in front of the camera, leading to images that didn’t fully capture her beauty as we perceived it.
We soon discovered that Rashell had received minimal support in her model development, leaving her feeling nervous, unprepared, and uncertain about her role. Before we proceeded with arranging test shoots, I encouraged Rashell to address her negative self-talk and empower herself with knowledge.
Through our comprehensive onboarding program, Rashell had many questions about the industry answered—questions she had been too intimidated to ask at the start. Armed with a solid foundation and a better understanding of her role as a model, Rashell began taking our facial expression courses, participated in our weekly testing Zoom calls, and completed our six-week social media course.
With her confidence soaring and a clear roadmap for testing and portfolio development, Rashell flew to LA for her first outdoor test shoot. It wasn't long after her agents received her updated images that she secured her first major campaign with Gap!
