Why our method is most effective…

What distinguishes us is not merely our process, but the intention that drives it. Drawing from our unique backgrounds—one as a professional model and modeling agent turned agency Founder and CEO, and the other as a career modeling agent turned agency COO—we have effectively pinpointed the gaps within our industry that create friction between talent and agencies. By addressing these gaps with valuable information and communication, we enable all parties to collaborate more effectively in achieving their goals, securing jobs, and maximizing profitability. Let us explain further...

Who is responsible for teaching models how to model?

The Gap

There is no agent-talent relationship that requires the agent to teach the talent how to possess talent. Sports agents don’t teach players how to play their sport. Literary agents don’t teach writers how to write. And, talent agents don’t teach actors how to act. The agents role is to sell the talent. It is the talents role to be great talent in whatever field they are in. However, in our industry, because looks are the barrier of entry and talent is secondary, both aspiring and signed models often find themselves having to navigate this journey independently without experience or direction lacking access to information and experience that builds skillsets, confidence, and success.

Models look to agents for guidance on how to model. Agents are not models and therefor are limited in their ability to effectively teach modeling skillsets. They can however tell you what they like and don’t like but lack the ability to help to achieve a better outcome.

Agents are waiting for talent to provide them with high level material, imaging, self tapes, digitals, etc. without models having access to the experience, information, and coaching needed to execute high level material.
